- One-Day INTERACT® Overview: designed to meet specific needs.
- Two-Day INTERACT™ Certified Champion Training: available across the U.S. for single or multi-location providers.
- Leadership Training: 2-4 hour overview of INTERACT® , operational impact, and leaders’ roles and responsibilities for successful outcomes.
- Specific Training for Physicians/Practitioners – This physician/practitioner session highlights the INTERACT™ QIP strategies, care processes, tools and other resources for post-acute care providers, to implement to improve care with changes in condition and to prevent hospital transfers, when safe and feasible. This session will provide strategies for physicians/practitioners to be able to identify expectations for use of the INTERACT® tools and resources and to support organizations with use of the INTERACT™ QIP to improve unnecessary hospitalizations.
